Troy Keeney is a seasoned leader in the commercial real estate industry, bringing nearly a decade of expertise in investment, development, and asset management. His career began as a commercial real estate broker, where he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of land, retail, and multifamily properties, honing his ability to identify high-value opportunities and structure complex transactions. Recognized for his keen market insight, Troy transitioned into consultancy, advising a prominent national developer on large-scale projects across the United States. In this role, he oversaw project management and market growth strategies for ventures exceeding $100 million, demonstrating his strategic acumen in navigating market dynamics, securing financing, and optimizing development processes.

Bash Capital specializes in acquiring and revitalizing multifamily properties across the Southeastern United States, while also developing innovative commercial and residential projects in Portland, OR, and Northern Nevada. Recent ventures include an adaptive re-use assisted living facility, a 19ac. shopping center development, and a 600 single-family home subdivision. All of these projects designed with a focus on community impact and sustainability.
